Has anyone use BP in AliExpress?

I purchased an item yesterday with BP since it is in USD and was inform today that the order is closed due to security reasons.

Tried a few times woth BP, still recieve the order closed issue from AliExpress.

Change payment to maybank visa credit card. Payment went through, order is now being processed.

Not sure whats the problem with BP, i have enough funds in it. Nevermind, will loose a few Ringgits due to the visa additional charge and bank currency rate.

So today i went around bukit bintang.

All HLB atm n atm+cdm can not withdraw 4k

This is the first foreign currency spend on bigpay which is significantly higher than XE (internet) rate.

did you guys got the bonus point (online) in HSBC VS for topping up Bigpay?

been reloading since early jun till mid jun.

statement only states the amount 3850 only which is 1:1.

Is Bigpay down?

Can’t reload with HLB CC since 5pm just now

Glad to help fellow kuchingaites on discovering RM4k withdrawal. i withdrew RM12K during my stay there.

Still have not found any in KK, the best is alliance bank Gaya Street, RM3k

what does it say? "card not charged"?

i have two Big Pay Cards,

one under my name, one is registered under my fathers name.

both cards are being reloaded/top up from my CC.

one day i got an email from Big Pay to my fathers registered email address, requesting some info.

i replied by stating that the cards belongs to his son and with his consent to do so. (as attached)




they were just doing some regular checks/audit etc.

if u receive the query email, just be honest and reply. nothing to hide.

anyone facing any problem on opening BP app.

stuck at load page before entering the App Pin.
