Mine yesterday missing top up already reinstate. U all need to make report, cannot wait there to auto make good.

Scb online screen will also immediately show "unposted transaction" in the transaction history. Email will follow up and sms as well if top up to bp sucessful.

Btw, in your report to bp, u need to use a keyword. After i used the keyword, bp quickly rectify the missing top up like 30mins later. Im cant confirmed how true is it.

But no worry, i think they will update the missing top up soon to u all.

make sure your wifi signal and 4g data is stable and strong during the reloading time. I noticed BP had improved a lot since last week.
