did bigpay reverse the charges for you ?

Was hit with a USD 10 charge when i was having dinner.

Went online to chat with bigpay customer support to dispute this Facebook charge and the customer service really advised me to wait, saying that this charge might be reversed. I really waited, believing that the customer service had indeed taken note of the dispute and had put a note to it.

A few days later, the charge changed from pending to settled. Received a wishy washy email from the customer service closing the case, i was surprised.

Finally dawned on me that Bigpay got no incentive to take care of your money, so please take care of your money ...

P.S. I managed to save another RM 20 from being robbed by Facebook just after the first transaction.  ( they scammers tried all the way down to USD 1 )

I had called Bigpay the next day to follow up with my case, filled up the dispute form and submitted to Bigpay. A few days later, they came back with the below reply.

Its not that i don't want to submit the dispute form, Bigpay doesn't want to follow up the dispute.

Please read the below and evaluate this reply from Bigpay is acceptable from your viewpoint.

Maybe you can advise me how i could have done better.

What's BigPay rate to exchange USD to MYR? There seems to be no way to check without applying a card and use the app.

Is it still 0%? Great if it is, as I have yet to find an alternative.

Hi all, did not use BP for a long time, and wanting to return to it for the spending analytics and budgeting portion. Can I ask is this is a worthy reason to use it?

I saw the top-up fees, got cash section (which I won't use) and credit card.

If I understand correctly,

1. More than 1k top-up only will incur charges?
2. Debit card won't incur charges?

no issue so far in europe except some merchants failed with paywave.

Wise rate today. Wise is different though as you can preload the currency whenever you like.

AirAsia Move app says there is 5% discount if we link BigPay. After I link, there is no discount at all. Is this another scam?

If you are planning to use for food and transportation, VND exchange is not so much difference to save, to be honest.
I changed about RM400 worth of VND for 6D trip, whenever possible I just used Wise to pay via Google Wallet over paywave, to add another layer of security.
What do you mean by ATMs are mostly free for foreigners? Do you mean there is no ATM card withdrawal fee imposed by the local bank?
