i think they should not limit on cc top up as previously i can track all my spending transactions based on different categories before the RM10k limit came in.
BigPayJonathan i think you can remove this and limit the withdrawal limit and withdrawal fee ratio to be the same percentage as what the bank charge BP for topping up.
this will encourage more users to spend with BP at the same time reducing the abuse of withdrawal as well.

I did tried this morning to topup my touch n go ewallet using bigpay. No issue for that.

They should remove this top up points…
Confusing users…

I set to auto top-up TnG using BP, and it did go through without any problem when the top-up point is triggered.

fadzly Did you use the same cc to top up both yours and your wife's account ?

So I guess you are using the same credit card to top up for both you and your wife? If so, most likely its your account got problem and not the credit card. Perhaps (speculating here), you have been using different credit cards to top up your account, so TnG flag your account as having suspicious activity.
