I think the settle rate is higher or lower is completely depending on the ex rate on that day.

excludes those stated in Clause 12 above, overseas spend made in foreign currency, Insurance, andUtility Paymentsand transaction for or into e-wallet(s) that allow customers to transfer or withdraw money from the e-wallet(s) to another account, ATM or e-wallet(s).

but Grabpay and TnG can transfer to another person's account, so I think exclude from reward as well

So I think all other banks will soon follow the trend of banning rewards from topup e-wallet
