Last I used it cannot be reloaded directly. Also need to remove the card from saved cards before reloading.

I just did last week when my house had no water.
So what happened was the first transaction didn't go through, there was an error message popped up (I forgot the exact message).
I retried again and surprisingly it went through and straight deducted my BP balance.

same Branch, 1 out of 5 ATM can release full rm100 note.

try go for malay area petrol station atm, i always get RM3k per withdrawal, only once a while unable to withdraw but next day able to withdraw again cos i think they got a policy to supply well enough fund for malay kampung area

iirc, all machines cannot withdraw more than 1.5k.

is there any tips on minimizing the withdrawal fee?

Better than don't get back the money. Anyway I accept that's the small risk of using bigpay withdrawal. By right it shouldn't happen, but this is my 3rd rodeo. First two error got back after 42 days and 51 days respectively.

Just tried 5.5k and it didn't succeed. Straight away tried 5k only.

Lately crash, point lost sync, amount not reflect properly, reload success after multiple tries.

Yesterday I believe I should be able to withdraw 1.5k though , out of 8 machine , 5 machine asking to withdraw lower amount , another 3 direct temporary can’t process transaction .
