try remove from your top up source and do not add in the top up source as you will get the same wrong cvv blah blah blah stuff
try reload directly and select credit card and fill in your cards details and i'm able to fix this bug for two of my cards in the top up source by doing this steps
after done the first reload with the method above, the card will be added in the top up source

Hmm. Tried to withdraw from ATM (CIMB 3times and hlb 2times) but failed just now. Anyone facing the same issue?

1st 3k, 2nd 3k, 3rd 3k at the regular cimb ATM which can withdraw up to 3k.
4th 2k and 5th 2k at 2 different hlb ATM also failed.

2ndly, my acct has sufficient 3k but ATM throwing error is insufficient fund
3rdly, my acct has not reach 10k limit txn.

So I suspect bigpay app got issue again

If thats the case can I top up 10k one shot and withdraw 10k one time only in the atm and only charge me rm6 once?

OIC! lol. I'm not against bp. I know cc has limited to per day refuel long ago for security reason. They will call us to confirm once we make another refuel at within a short period.  But bp is a prepaid card, how you say of it? For security reason too??? lol.

It will depend on each individual. Some may thou is worth to have to make a top-up bp with cc and get the cashback. As for me is to use it as a prepaid convenient card. At long term, we the consumer will be at lost at either way. It will benefit to bp and cc only.

So if can find a ATM dispensing RM4000, you will earn a peanut. If RM3000, maybe no gain no loss, good to kill time only. If RM1500, you are burning your money.

i experienced it trying to withdraw from Bank Islam Ampang branch ATM at about 11pm two months ago...
so i just    and    the ATM a bit... feeling lost... walked in and out of the ATM area... and after grumbling to myself for 10 to 15mins, (yes.. that long...) the card came out by itself...

phew... and i never withdraw outside banking hours again for bigpay...

it sound you have no idea how to use a trick to earn sufficient big point to redeem airasia ticket. but never mind, non of my biz. I already redeem 2 free ticket to singapore from malaysia within less than 6 months.

Can reload via cc terminal at aeon cashier.

And can withdraw from **aeon credit atm** at no cost.

looks like it although strange thing is even the 21 june Bigpay transaction is 0.1% - which is before the MBB announced ewallet ban and people expect another MCC or categorization change.

I do suggest calling to OCBC to enquire as the merchant name follows malaysian bank standard for online transaction

Why ppl still want to withdraw from ATM using BP?
If comparing to Boost:

6 / 3000 = 0.002%

Boost
2 / 1498 = 0.00133511348%

Transfer limit to local acc is RM5k. I tried that but it says additional verification required and they will contact me shortly. That was an hour ago, and the 5K is still in my BP acc.
