If request bank transfer to harimau now, when will the fund be received since tomorrow is weekend?

Just now when I try to make payment at shopee, it failed. But it shown as "pending" inside bigpay app. Do I need to contact shopee or bigpay? Will it reverse on it own?

I was recently charged CNY2k plus from this merchant website jiesdahuanxi.

I do not recognise the transaction nor authorized it.

My mistake, i did not freeze the card and didn’t withdraw the funds.

I have contacted Bigpay and raised a dispute.

Anybody had any similar situations? What is the success rate of getting back our money? How long is the timeline?

I have question which someone probably has asked before...

I know cardholder name is not printed on the card and also the Bigpay statement doesn't show the card number.
This is giving me a problem when trying to verify bankcard to a forex broker platform.

They want me to upload a pic of my card which requires me to show the name, last 4 digit and signature (hide the first 12 numbers and CVV)
So I asked them what to do if my card doesn't show my name?
They said upload a statement that show both my name and the card number. Then again, this time Bigpay statement doesnt show my card number.
Why cant the name and card number be at the same time  :confused:

Anyone encountered similar problem before? Or is there a workaround?
