One reason why I posted this poll is also to inform that one Chinese sinseh says (heard from someone) that if we have premature ejaculation, it’s possible that we have problems in our kidneys. He says that when we become older, it may result in urinary issues, e.g. frequent urination.

So we should have our kidneys checked.

For those more than 1 hour, you cannot include stopping thrusting more than a few seconds.

30 mins. Longer than that is hard work and tired back although it is more calories burnt. And too much time wasted.

do u have any recommendation for a good urologist(?) it is kind of frustrating at times.

I hv not personally been treated by urologist for that condition. Sorry. But I know there are people who have been to Chinese medical treatments. They usually try to strengthen the kidneys, liver etc... but traditional treatment usually take longer time. Need to go regularly for long periods of time. This is due to the chinese medicine is not like western medicine. It’s more holistic.

Can also use some numbing spray in the meantime to de-sensitise the organ. Any spray containing lidocaine. Don't consume it! Just external application.

Also, the possibility of over-estimating the duration is higher than under-estimating. That’s especially for those who did not use a watch or clock to check your actual timing. Just an update. I read one tcm article that says anything 5 mins and below is considered as premature. From our poll, it means about 25% of people got PE. Is this surprising?

Anyway from my research, one man managed to increase his timing from max 5 mins to min 30 mins, just trusting (not hand job). Not sure why usually handjobs cum faster?? Haha ... anyway good for this guy but didn’t probe much on treatment. He’s taking some TCM treatment.
