The reason for removing the checking link is simple = TM doesn't want streamyx/unifi users to mass protest after they know their eligibility status (Not eligible )

By sending email, TM can 'ask' subscribers to wait....wait...wait....and wait forever for the 'turbo upgrade' email

Insider info: they start the upgrade with vvip accounts first

Have you filed report with SKMM? That's the only way to force TM to do something about our slow speed.

There's another thread in /k which have the template and guide to report with SKMM. Can write you check for the speed upgrade and notified that you're not eligible.

I already report.. I report to SKMM every 6 month for the past 5-6 years, but no change. Now that the government have changed, lets hope for a change
