current Unifi 10mbps. just checked not eligible.

been 6 years with them and paid promptly every month ended up like this. diu nia seng. TIME here i come

Same, I am trying to get them to adjust my price. Just filed a complaint with SKMM, paying RM249 for 100Mbps while others pay anywhere from RM169 to RM199
