45% that complain are those that complain no matter what

other 45% who complain are macai bn that complain to defend their past failures...

9% complain cause they are poor and they should spend less time on the internet

1% are genuine complains

those with better/recently upgraded infra will get the speed upgrade imo, like me who lives in area even if i sub 8mbps but unifi lite not available don't think will get 2x 8mbps. T_T

I am still salty about how those that were on 50Mbps were offered to pay only RM10 more to upgrade to 100Mbps.

Those that are on the highest plan since the beginning like me get fked, having to pay almost RM50 more each month for the same plan

Unfii advance can downgrade to lite? How much is lite by the way? I am happy with 100mbps.. 500mbps is overkill...
