sounds bad ya..any idea hows the Avenham garden sales now, what is the remaining % for unsold unit...not mistaken, previously there are still 2 row still not been open for sale..

didn't drop by EG for quite some times, from some pictures posted here and FB, it seems the cosntruction work progress is really fast, heard that Avenham expected VP on August 2019..expecting...

I agree.. Same here. I'm no guru, so don't know how their pace ranks in relation to other big devs. Though was reliably informed by one of their Prop planning and dev managers, that they aim to complete construction within 2 years.

On another note.. Not sure this was posted earlier.. Found this article. EcoWorld’s NARA and Norton Garden achieve 70% take-up.

noticed there is one new phase call Regent Garden open for sale at EG, looks like new garden with smaller in size compared to Avenham Unit, 24' x 55'... where is this new Taman located?
