Avenham garden has a few units has 15% discount. Is it worth buying from Eco Grandeur direct?

I'm new to strata gated guarded property. Just curious on these:

- I see a lot of units extended back. Allowed?
- can the JMB next time build an extra court (say badminton), or swimming pool in the central garden?
- any chance PMD will be widen all the way to Puncak Perdana before it enters DASH highway
- is it safe gateless? What's the security in Puncak Alam past and recently? Any break-in recently?
- who is in charge of maintenance of landscaping after handover? JMB or EcoWorld?
