QUOTE(aaron1717 @ Nov 2 2018, 06:38 PM) if include saujana utama as part of the area.... its actually more vibrant than most of puncak alam commercial activities except for they dont have tesco and econsave aje... the shops there most occupied and every basic things are available except pork... just that for alam suria to come out to puncak alam south maybe need another 8km and still gt some ways to highway exits... Saujana utama would consider themselve in Sungai Buloh instead of Puncak Alam... I thought Tesco Puncak Alam commercial shop also many opened? Got 2 banks in Alam Jaya commercial center right?

QUOTE(BEANCOUNTER @ Nov 3 2018, 12:03 AM) am comparing township ve township, doesnt matter its new or subsale. ijm already EW standard? New got sale package, subsale apa package? If one to buy a house to stay in Puncak Alam, this will be one of the serious consideration lah... IJM lose to EW in terms of landscape, but in terms of township development, what is the EW "standard" that superior than IJM EG SRJK already started construction liao meh?

QUOTE(aaron1717 @ Nov 10 2018, 10:12 AM) i think commercial developments are very welcoming la... not more residential projects.... if at least 50% of each township projects here are occupied... you will have alot of volume for business activities already.... Trust me, after this will be highrise coming up... I see many similarities between PA and Semenyih, which Semenyih already gone through the massive launching stages 3 - 4 years back..

QUOTE(mascot_lim @ Nov 12 2018, 06:50 PM) All township development all sama sama formula one la.....no matter is semenyih, PA or Canal CIty, all development trend roughly same, of course need to based on market demands n needs too Just hope EG in PA can be actively pushing the amenities, dont be like EM in Semenyih... QUOTE(mascot_lim @ Nov 13 2018, 10:45 AM) To b frank, in terms of developer perspective, if good sales then they might have "wills" to push for amenities, but if sales bad, then hard to say. It apply across to all developers, it still sales number talks..... Haiz... EM achieve the highest sales so far for all EW projects in Klang Valley, but so far still awaiting the amenities to come in... I think EW cannot expect continuously expect strong sales after the project is launched for sometime.. First phase of course would be the best seller, the sales will become more challenging in the subsequent phases. This is the time EW should buildup the amenities to keep the sales momentum, instead of stopping/delaying the amenities because of the current slow sales in a project..
