since when Malaysians so efficient macam mainland china???????

they took 36mths to complete a highway of 880km from china to Pakistan.....most of the roads are elevated summore….

You cant legally sell an under construction home as the title is still under master title under developer.

A consent will require from developer but the developer will only give consent after the project is completed

you can enter into intention for sale agreement with buyer, but the execution of the SPA can only be done after the project is completed, and needless to say, you can only received the full sale proceed few months after.

and no buyer will pay you the 10% deposit now, as the buyers lawyer wont encourage him to do so, bcos the title is still in developers name.
