2011 15"mbp with graphic card faulty designed. Class action taken in US and got my logicboard free replacement.
2014 15"mbp Screen staingate issue. Have my screen free replacement at Mid Valley after apple recall.

2015-2019 Butterfly Keyboard faulty designed
2015-2017 mbp battery bloated recall issue

Seriously buying a functional MBP for years need some luck.
TBH it's good to see apple made those recall to have free replacement for the parts. That's the credit.
But when your computer/device is not the list you will like fuck up whole time.

Advise? send to third party and have a quote see.

Especially the battery issue are trending lately.

I know there's cases people got their repair fund back when the there's a recall.
All you can do now is contact Apple and ask for advises.

I went both before, they okay with that. I think the reason they take is because they can earn your money mah. Sure accept one.

rMBP are stainless steel made. You can use any liquid to wipe but use dont very toxic one la. I cleaned it regularly when it has fingerprint on screen or dirt on the surface, my daily rMBP 6 years of using looks like 95% new.

You dont need any cover or sticker or keyboard protector or screen protector to maintain it. It just looks perfectly fine.

My experience told me a large PS file would go up from 100mb to 500mb, professional touch up would more than that.
A year of archive would easily max out the storage.
Processor doesnt perform much in AI/PS.
The hard disk it will come with atleast 1000 MB/s read/write and it cannot upgrade in the future.
Upgrade to 256GB and it will be fine for the spec.

I've sent my 2014 rMBP to Switch 2018 december to fix the coating and im entitled to free replacement. FYI.
