Anyone knows what is the market rate for stay-in baby sitter? I know my friend got one who comes to her house every day for 1300. But I am looking for stay in.

Why don't you consider getting a maid

Put baby in parents house together with maid

Better stay in with baby daily, so that baby grow up have better bonding

Else you'll miss the moments

Try to be with baby everyday if possible

When there's a will there's a way

Both our parents are in other state. And both side parents hate having stranger in their house type. My mil fired her maid within months.

Also, as baby is premature, we prefer local lady instead of maid from another country. I am looking for temporary stay-in nanny, someone who stay at my house to take care of baby until I am back to work. If good and trustable, might consider retaining her for permanent.

Where's your location? I know of one good one. She is my church member.

Truly good hearted those kind. Currently taking care of one girl (I think a few years old now). And at times bring her to church.

I asked another church member how was the years she sent her child to this church member last time, she replied very positive about the care given to her child from 2 months+ to 6 years old

And my church member said she knows her child is in good hands than giving to unknown.

Location at Bukit Puchong

Not stay in nanny
