QUOTE(SupermotoXL @ Jul 21 2018, 09:24 AM) Here are the photo how i connect my LED strip to my bike below, its very easy just solder each end (+ / -) terminal to connect to other different LED strip and route the cable to saddle pouch that carry the battery. The LED strip already have sticky 3M tape that stick firm and strong on any frame surface. Its like 10 minutes DIY work. Cooking Megi is much harder than this. Else go to car acessories shop they can do it for you if you can't solder. For 12V battery you can find at any torch light shop of R/C toy shop. The best this about this LED strip on bikes is they are 100% durable, ultra waterproof, lasts forever, superlight weight and doesn't look obvious (if your bike color is white). On seat post and handle bar i use black color LED strip to blend nicely with the bike outlook so no body knows it has an LED well hidden. You can see the wire bridge-ing from battery power at seat post all the way to my handle bay without looking too clunky. Total weight of the setup is far lighter than your rear light AA battery blinker. Where can buy the LED strip?LED strip installation photo: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I find it alright while shifting the gears during climbs, just a small hassle but I'm so use to itBtw, for the upgrade kit, I believe the components will be different between RB and TT? |

QUOTE(Seng_Kiat @ Jul 31 2018, 09:42 AM) I did not really focus on the Watt when doing training on Zwift. Instead, I keep my cadence above 80 at all times and some stage I did 100-110 rpm for a few minutes. Should I continue the same or Watt training is better for improvement? I can't really suggest much as im a novice myself but few of the perks of zwift are that abundance of group rides and training plans. Those group rides (some are even with pros) are very specific which you can use to focus on your goals. In your situation, you might want to train on endurance. Pick one of the group workouts available and if none matches your available time, then move on to the training plan. I do ride at Watopia / London aimlessly whenever im bored with the training plans and wanna do something different but most of the time, im with either training plan or group workouts. For last 6 weeks, I just rode 2-3 times only and causing my stamina drop alot especially after 30km. After 30km, the speed only around 20kmph or so. Finding way to improve my speed as well as endurance. Oh yeah, don't forget to do FTP test prior to these workouts as its tailored to your FTP. So, it doesnt matter if you FTP is 120w and some of other people are at 400w, you are still going to move at the same speed. https://whatsonzwift.com/workouts/ https://whatsonzwift.com/group-workouts/ |

The while point of zwift is to train with power and making indoor ride less boring. Improving your power output will improve your riding.

Having that said, I find myself able to produce higher power at lower cadence with relatively lower effort, somewhere around 75rpm rather than 90rpm where many ppl claim to be more optimal
