F&N still produces condensed milk, around RM5 biggrin.gif

Have no luck spotting other brands even at upscale groceries sad.gif

REALLY? I havent seen though. I thought all are creamer now

Even the evaporated “milk” is mostly synthetic except ideal which still use mostly milk

I have seen imported condensed milk in Jaya Grocer, cost rm15/can & they keep in the baking products area

I think Westgold, Western Star, Golden Churn, Lurpak and SCS brands are natural butter and not like the local buttercup which is just called "butter".

Read the description & ingredients

Real butter will be labelled as such & ingredients is majority milk based

Non dairy “butter” will be labelled as Fat or Vegetable Spread & the majority of ingredients is palm oil based

Same for condensed milk & evaporated milk

Condensed/evaporated milk = majority milk product ingredient

Sweetend creamer / evaporated creamer = majority palm oil product

As I mentioned, these brands Western Star, Golden Churn, Lurpak, SCS or Westgold Butter are all natural butter unless you have not had them before...  doh.gif

Im not saying the brands u mentioned are not butter, but regardless if you insist on having butter then just have a quick look at the ingredients while buying

cannot say anytime they can change their formulation or introduce a spread right

This what happened to condensed milk, almost all the former condensed milk brands here now only sell palm oil based sweetened creamers
