Hi i want to ask .. is there any method to lower blood pressure as in eating habits . cause it seems my blood pressure alwyas in 128/85 mmHg .
btw im overweight . hope u guys can give me tips . i mean for those who expert in this thing . tq |

Cut sugar out... 6 days no sugar, 1 day eat like u normally eat.. not the revenge type..
U can then it will drop... Start with sugar... |

Under doctor advise, can take some potassium/magnesium supplements... but be careful not to overdose, it will stop your heart beating (for potassium)

I used to get 130/80+ bp too when i was overweight.
Get your weight to healthy bmi, less stress and now my bp runs in 115/75+ I also take calcium/magnesium supplements, it helps a lot in better sleep & reduce palpitations |
