I have seen some many sdn Bhd shareholder disputes due to success... Always do a shareholder agreement before getting in bed with your other shareholders.

If you really want to skint.. At least do a simple partnership agdeentb to regulate the relationship. Having said that.. If it is a startup beeyer to do it by way of sdn bhd
