I got a job from kL to Kelantan 2 weeks ago, rider using a grabpay.. When I complete the job, the payment not credited to my wallet.. Its has been 2 weeks now, when I report to CS and go to HQ, they said my trip is Suspicious and need to investigation 1st.. If they found any wrong they wont pay that trip! How could that be?? Its a very long trip and I use lot of money to complete it! They cut my credit wallet too..

What should I do now?
Make a police report or just wait?

maybe it wasn't single rider. if there was like 4 rider, then its probably cheaper to grab altho will take forever...
or maybe it's an emergency case.  my friend once paid RM800+ 1-way for an air ticket Subang airport to Alor star due to family emergency

i once picked up a middle eastern family of 4 from sunway to i-city.  they ask me to take them to penang the next day.  willing to pay RM550.  unfortunately, i don't like them (the parents were loud, kids too noisy & jumping about in car) so i didn't.  i told them they can book using the app instead...

i also once took a rider from TBS to somewhere is Melaka.  RM250+toll cost to the rider. he said it was an emergency. he missed the bus and need to be in Melaka by 7pm.

You just never know.
