Does depression can affect the ability of the brain to function normally. Recently, I am getting blur more often sad.gif and quit my job as it affects my job performance sad.gif. Any supplement should I take ?

I suggest not to self-diagnose. Are you really having depression or feeling depressed? These are 2 different things. One can feel depressed due to some things that happened, or are happening in their life but that may not mean they have depression.

See a psychologist and get it diagnosed. If it's true, they will counsel/ refer you to a psychiatrist to get further tests done & get prescribed medications.

Lastly, rather than turning into supplements, find out the root cause. In the meantime, practice a healthier lifestyle through eating healthy, exercising and sleeping early.

I think you can try fish oil,used to take fish oil for 3 month and it really helps.

I plan to take it for one more month

unless u are having some physical trauma, virus/bacteria/chemical attack.
else I would not easily say that one have brain damage.. but I read a lot of studies did suggest long-term depression is no good to the brain
might be hard to concentrate due to many factors?
