I suggest not to self-diagnose. Are you really having depression or feeling depressed? These are 2 different things. One can feel depressed due to some things that happened, or are happening in their life but that may not mean they have depression.

See a psychologist and get it diagnosed. If it's true, they will counsel/ refer you to a psychiatrist to get further tests done & get prescribed medications.

Lastly, rather than turning into supplements, find out the root cause. In the meantime, practice a healthier lifestyle through eating healthy, exercising and sleeping early.
