if you see the fast pounding compared to normal pounding in the video, the fast pounding the hammer barely even do anything to the mochi, whereas during the normal pounding the hammer actually hit the mochi properly.
so what is the point of fast? |

He already did most of the work in the machine.
Then pound for 5 mins showmanship. Put whole lump into machine n perfect mochis come out. It's minting green coins. I watched him daily. |
