it can not be. If the cig lighter port is working without turning off the dashcam during engine start, then the ACC fuse port should also work without any power interruption provided Cig lighter uses the ACC fuse. Or you may need to refer to user manual for identifying which fuse slot is used by Cig lighter. As far as I remember, power supply to all electricals turns off for sec when the engine starts. I have't tried connecting to cig lighter directly.I can't think of any better solution but to off my eco idle for now. FC goes down about 1km/l.
