Interesting, no doubt, but can anybody do any benchmark?
If it's purpose is to overclock the HDD, then I don't think I want to do it (Then again, I don't think there is such a thing as HDD overclocking!!! Probably increase the cache or stack or something...... |

coz my PATA is my 2nd drive... there is actually HDD OC-ing, heck even Cd drives can even OC..REALLY! |

IRQ14 is the interrupt request handle for IDE drives. Anyways i believe most IDE drivers that come recommended with the chipset (Intel Chipset Utility, Nforce IDE driver and such) already come with special interrupt handling buffers factored in.

better not to try... if ur hdd faulty... need do much work... send back RMA.. if warranty over... need to buy new 1... seems hdd always got bad sector...
