I believe that I have the movie package for my Astro Subscription, how do I access the HBO Go? Do I use back the Astro Go app or use a separate app?

QUOTE(puchongite @ Jul 17 2019, 02:40 PM) "HBO Go Malaysia" is an application you can find it from play store. There are a few HBO something, make sure your find the right one. I think it is still also accessible from Astro Go app. QUOTE(cHaRsIeWpAu^^ @ Jul 17 2019, 02:40 PM) separated. download hbo go apps, and use your astro id to login. i like the combination of hbo go + netflix Done I signed in already. No extra charges right? I am not sure what package of Astro I have, but I do have Fox Movies, HBO channels. So I supposed the HBO Go, it's free right?

QUOTE(cHaRsIeWpAu^^ @ Jul 17 2019, 03:01 PM) the only way to subscibe HBO GO in malaysia is subscribing the astro movie pack, so yea you already paid for it. joke aside, there's no extra charges for HBO GO. How come I can't screen cast the shows? The button is greyed out? On my ipad and mobile both the buttons are greyed out. hmm.

QUOTE(puchongite @ Jul 17 2019, 08:45 PM) Maybe it auto detect and if no available target it will grey out ? Do you have a suitable Chromecast device on the same network ? QUOTE(cHaRsIeWpAu^^ @ Jul 17 2019, 09:50 PM) err make sure your devices are in same network with your smart tv and try enabling your bluetooth as well. Yes. My Smart TV. It has always been connected to the same network.. But the casting icon is still grey. Hmm. Weird. Looking at my YouTube app now, it seems to be working on YouTube. QUOTE(puchongite @ Jul 18 2019, 07:51 AM) You need to do more work to find out if it is the TV problem, or HBO problem, or your phone problem. YouTube is a bad tool to isolate the problem because Youtube is able to cast to another YouTubr, it does not need the Chromecast server function. Basically maybe install mv cast player on your phone, play a video and see if it can be casted to your TV. Do you mean when I cast the Youtube from my phone, it only connects directly to the YouTube app on my TV? that's why it's working? Is that what is going with Netflix? Cause when I click on the "cast icon" on my phone, it opens up the Netflix app on my TV instead of opening the selected movie and play.
