Just got the proposed design for my dry kitchen, which color is nicer?
Mirror finish looks more classy & expensive compared to the white finish. Price wise same for both?

The white one is melamine and the grey one is acrylic, so yes, there is a price difference.

This is the white acrylic concept that I am aiming for as idea, so would white acrylic be better than grey acrylic?

So long as it's acrylic you'll get the reflective effect which feels more premium. My kitchen cabinets are solid color white melamine...quite boring la I feel. But one good thing about white color is you will see less dust. If you decide to go for the white option you can do a nice backsplash with concealed lighting to enhance its looks.

Let’s talk about dry kitchen.

So I am planning to have the top wall unit and base unit of same size, therefore the clearance for the sink area must be taller (to avoid bumping heads on the wall unit).

So the kitchen company had two 3D sketch- one with 600mm height (for the backsplash/distance between top of base cabinet to bottom of wall unit) and the other one at 1000mm. However she mentioned, if at 1000mm, then the carcass of the wall unit would be visible and may not look very nice. Any thoughts?

May I know what do you mean by visible carcass of the wall? I think the 1000mm one looks better. My kitchen backsplash is 600mm height and I always bang my head on the top cabinet door when I forget to close it sweat.gif

I also feel that single sink is insufficient especially when doing dishes/cooking. Are you doing only 1 sink or you have another basin area?
