Just IBFT to the either bank and use that card to withdraw, even if it's not the same bank. Just pay the RM1 MEPS fee

The one i use was at sri petaling hlb. Not sure other hlb.

Now most bank atm limit can withdraw up to 10k . Just change the setting in online banking.

Bank of China is Highest
If you find ATM+CDM (Cash Deposit Machine) then can withdraw Rm 10,000 Per Day + Rm 10,000 per transition.

Bank of China also only bank can set withdraw limit up to RM 10,000 instead Rm 5,000 per day

ATM+CDM can count up to 100 bank note.

Deswaiiii now ATM card can use like Credit Card and even support pay wave...

Soon, people will being using more on cashless and will be less transaction using cash

monthly free ATM withdrawal quota. For BSA without fee, the limit is 8 per month
