Safety practitioner also here..IMHO, choose your preference industry, as different industry have different kind of grade salary for hse/safety/SHO. Also, different industry,different HSE culture, different workload and different experience exposure.

SHO nowadays not like the old days, it cannot guarantee high salary anymore, and also cannot guarantee easy path along the way...also to maintain the CEP for your Green Book renewal, going to give you headache.

is it easy to find a job using the course certificate --> nothing can guarantee.even university degree also is not a ticket for one to get a job..however the chances is higher if you combined certificates, or combined it with existing diploma,or degree..but at the end, it is up to the company requirement, and how much you are willing to accept the salary. Nowadays I tell u, salary for SHO getting lower and lower, and people still accepting it, as people need to survive month in month out.
