this AA Pilot salary range correct or not?

just copied from other site. not sure whether the salary scheme correct or not. If correct, meaning that AA pilot salary very cheap 1 but how can their lifestyle so posh 1, same goes to their cabin crew  QUOTE CPL Holder ( During Training )
