Who told you that AA pilots lifestyle is posh? You don't know what they went through to get where they are and almost everyone has loans and liabilities to repay. Average lifestyle is more like it.

Max Jet hour per annum - 1000 hours ( average 83 hour permonth) if crew achieve 1000 hour earlier, the crew will grounded until the next cycle.
