15" to 16" is a major price jump in tire prices. Unless you are really keen on the look, just go as high as 15". Beyond that there isn't much to gain in terms of performance for your Myvi, and definitely will be less comfortable.

16" is really neither here nor there, pay the extra money for tires but no real performance gain, except if you are going for tires like PS4 which only have 16" or bigger.
