my z610 can't startup now, everytime i press the on button it will display a full white screen for 2 second then it will shut itself off, just 1 year and 2 months old phone:(

firmware prob ar?try reflash it and try again.other than that would be ur batt prob..

i tried with other battery n thr result is the same and how do i flash myself?

i wasted rm 150 in sony ericsson service centre...they say ribbon problem n will update to latest firmware...bs talk after 2 weeks problem occurs again. now its my extra phone as well..ill use it but i wont use it to call ppl..as long as i dont use its WAP GPRS or call ppl the phone wont have any problem. sms n listen to music is its only remaining function to me.

pink used to be the official original set from the authorized waranty companies such as midland and thorus..so in order to get ap sets from the pink sets, ap companies need to go over the authorized dealers..and black seems to be the standard colour for this model.hope im giving the right info.

flashing it urself is the cheapest way to see if its the prob ur facing..sending it for ribbon change it damn tiring and u need to ensure they realy fix the prob permanently.

can some1 tell me why & what i should do???
i used 2 have these software but it was deleted cause i master reset my hp the other day (cause i can't get the "miss call" info when some1 miss call me)
