I purchased an iPhone X under digi contract last 3 days
First 2 days my Face ID worked like a charm and the following day it didn’t work and I have to use my passcode ever since
What I have tried so far:
1.reset Face ID
2.reset all network setting
3. Erase all data and start from scratch
4. Restore via iTunes
5. Step 3&4 set up as new phone instead, not retrieve back up from iCloud
Here it’s the thing, I try to set up Face ID it asks me to do the circle thing which I did on the first day, no hassle
I try now and it says to make sure I look at the camera and face in the frame, yet it never asks me to do the circle
Fine! I cancel and set up again, now it says Face Id is not available!try few times no luck!
So I assure there is something not right!
Can I know if digi or machines offer 1-1 replacement on same day!???
