QUOTE(lowpro @ Jun 26 2018, 08:27 AM) Could be that those engines don't comply with new Euro emission regulations? Probably expensive to re-engineer those engines too. Not really. The Benelli triples are the Italian company's own engines manufactured in Pesaro, Italy... so I think emission is a non-issue. Besides, Benelli's TNT899, TNT1030, TRK1030 triples are being sold in Europe without a problem. These are very decent engines, and I can't imagine why Pesaro can't supply the engines to QJ. It's almost as if, despite having been bought over by QJ, Benelli Italy still refuses to share their designs & components with its Chinese counterparts. Which is pretty arrogant considering the Pesaro office's sluggish sales and slow-as-fcuk development.

Hopefully there'll be greater cooperation and sharing between the buyer and the buyee so that the sales improves. Pride is the factor that usually stands in the way of progress...
