55X7000F is 2299 (total of 5 yrs warranty)at Starling Home fair now , last day being today. But the price doesn't include installation and bracket (if you need one).
Desa Home offers 2399 with bracket n installation

got myself a 65X7000F 3699 from Desa incl. delivery, installation w/ bracket and 5 years warranty too... Just to share..

i missed the 5 years warranty from Desa HOme. I need to top up RM500 for additional 3 years warranty by Desa home themselves. And they said their policy doesn't cover one to one change and the extended warranty for them covers market rate of the TV which i find a bit ridiculous for the terms and conditions they shared with me.

Yeah i'm looking at bracket and wall mount installation as well.

apparently this 2+3 is an offer from Sony directly, both ESH (at the Starling Home fair) and Desa Home said the same. I'm not sure how difference it is from Desa's own extended insurance coverage (by 3rd party usually)...

Oh Desa Home from Shopee told me a different story though...they said they only offer their own extended warranty.

Top-up RM300 for 3 years extended warranty.

I wonder if ESH still has any offers

for 65", i prefer VA panel over IPS panel tv, edge-lit IPS seems more prone to backlight bleed issue. (not sure is edge-lit or IPS's problem, no evidence to support this, please research yourself)
If you like to watch movie in dimmed room, blacklight bleed problem going to drive you crazy.

Hi, you mentioned back-lit bleeding issue.. If the screen shows a horizontal line starting from top to bottom in the 2/3 corner of the screen, is this considered back-lit bleed issue?

LG brand.. I used to love them coz their appliances are full of features. But this is what I encountered lately.. :

1. LG Aircond, used for 6 years, parts are now discontinued - (remote control unit is faulty in the indoor unit)..
2. LG LED TV. 6th year too.. Repaired once during the 3rd year, and now HDMI ports giving up, and the relevant part (the mainboard) is also discontinued.

So, i guess it is their aggressive product development that they are focusing on, never put your hope on using the product with appropriate parts and support after 5th or 6th year. Have to go back to Pana for aircond, and now switching to Sony with at least 5 years warranty..

if u guys are talking about KD65X7000F, some places offer 3699, and this weekend i think you will be able to get it at 35xx at One Living Sdn Bhd (SS2 branch offered me this pricing couple of weeks ago).
