Hi everyone,
I would like to get anyone advice for my condition.
1) I have a first house with my husband, which is the sharing loan & joint name house. For the first house, my husband had applied to withdrew his epf.
2) Now we would like to purchase a second house, and i will be going to purchase this house under my own name for the house & loan.
3) Am i still entitle to withdraw my epf to purchase this second house, as this is my first withdraw? But, this is not my first house & the first house had withdrew the epf by my husband.
If not, any advice for me on this condition?
Thank you so much for the advice & help.

Any kwsp document to support?
From what i read from kwsp doc, it does not matter you have how many houses, as long as you want to use account2 to reduce your loan, you can do so.
