Hi everyone,
I would like to get anyone advice for my condition.
1) I have a first house with my husband, which is the sharing loan & joint name house. For the first house, my husband had applied to withdrew his epf.
2) Now we would like to purchase a second house, and i will be going to purchase this house under my own name for the house & loan.
3) Am i still entitle to withdraw my epf to purchase this second house, as this is my first withdraw? But, this is not my first house & the first house had withdrew the epf by my husband.
If not, any advice for me on this condition? Thank you so much for the advice & help.

Where did u get the idea that it has to be the first house? Any kwsp document to support? From what i read from kwsp doc, it does not matter you have how many houses, as long as you want to use account2 to reduce your loan, you can do so. As long as you have never withdraw account 2 before, I believe you are entitled. You don’t have to tell them this is your 2nd house.

You don’t have to tell them this is your 2nd house. they can check man.. but for 2nd house.. new rules? 1st house you can withdraw within 3 year from stamped SNP.. 2nd house never heard before.. but you can withdraw for loan repayment.

QUOTE(powercolor @ Aug 21 2018, 07:11 PM) What is the document needed to withdraw from epf if bought subsale property ? This is my question too, planning to go KWSP ask for it. I called KWSP previously, they mentioned as long as I never withdraw any from account 2 for my first house. Thus, second house I’m still able to withdraw it.
