Remove scratch from arcrylic, Need advice

I suggest rubbing compound. But hard to find this stuff. Normally used to remove scratches on clear coat paints and polyurethane finishes. Works on plastic as well.
EDIT: doesn't work on deep scratches though. fine scratches only.

Only finishing using alcohol and I didnt mean CD head cleane, I meant the disk itself was higly scratched. i assure you even 2000 grade sandpaper wont get you the original chrystal clear smooth look of acrylic if thats what u're looking for. u need those liquid abrasives or rubbing compound.
