Am sending my keyone for warranty (hope it goes through well), turns out that its a place called "Hello Service Centre".

In any case, from what I got from a quick chat, turns out Malaysian set has a spesific code.

If you're buying your KeyTWO, do make sure its the intended Malaysian set, and about firmware, just wait for it properly. Don't be afraid about the firmware release being slow etc, especially since the phone now has proper Oreo with Treble in it.

Whats wrong with yours? Defect?

I RMA-ed mine and bought a new unit. Now my RMA-ed unit is sitting in my drawer.

Not sure. It was in the car, then boot looped after saying "taking steps to cool down".

I used an autoloader, but it lags like shit (switching apps takes forever, typing lags like 5-10 seconds), and camera and torch refuses to work.

I'm in the process of sending for RMA.

Key2LE is basically a "dumbed down" version of the Key2.

Its basically an upgraded KeyONE with dual camera and no-trackpad keypad.

Key2 has everything above, hence the price difference.

But not sure what's the price difference really (didn't survey the market)

Alright. Getting my Key2 (used unit).

Once it arrives, I will update some sections on this board. Looks like it really needs some serious makeover on certain segments.

The one pet peeve I have with Youtuber reviewers is that they often do a touch and go review, but never go in depth as to point out how to play to the strength of the phones. Everyone goes instead "by my benchmark, bla bla bla" and the reviews thrash BlackBerry KeyTWO without looking at where and what it does really good and how to be really adaptive to it in life.

You won't believe it, but China. A friend of a friend of a friend.

If you got Chinese friends in China, they can probably help.

I paid RM1.5k, for 128GB version of black Key2.

BTW, iPhone may be better than BlackBerry key2, so please do approach the Key2 with huge grain of salt.

I'm a user of the keyONE, who went back to Android slabs, and feel that the Key2 suits me better (and if I need anything extra, i'll get a phone for that, but since my keyONE is busted, getting a key2 makes sense).
