Basically you gotta eat more than what you're burning. It's that simple.
Use this to calculate > https://tdeecalculator.net/ Then start eating more especially calorie densed food. |

QUOTE(michael2727 @ Jun 7 2018, 04:05 PM) thank u for ur reply! All foods have nutrition facts at the back of the packaging. it says i need 1,817 calories per day, how do i calculate/add up my food intake to know my calories needed? ![]() Example above. One serving size = 1 cookie = 110 calories. Add up all the foods together in a day. Must be 500 extra than your current calories which is 2,317 calories then you'll gain weight. Google also can check nutrition facts for many types of food. |

our metabolism are high, so whatever we eat are burned without storing where it should be. search some tips online about ectomorph, u cant workout like other ppl. |

You should join a gym. You also need to incorporate protein shakes in your diet. If you don't have the resources, then don't worry. Eat as much as protein in the form of meat as you can especially chicken breasts. Also eat rice and see a doctor if its not working.
