Want to gain weight is easy.
The hard thing is to maintain. Can you eat more than what you're eating now? Like everyday for the rest of your life? Gotta change your diet man.
Any weight gain success people here?, and some question.

Your "a lot" is different with others.
and "a lot" for one two times of the day isn't enough. You need to eat like 5-6 meals a day unless you can eat real lot like 2-3 portions of chicken rice / nasi lemak + ayam. Drinking weight gain is same like eating more, just its convenient and expensive. |

I advised my friend to change his diet but he insist on weight gainer. Weight goes up and down. Gain weight is easy. Maintaining is hard. Change your diet and you'll be heavier forever, not just for a short duration.

QUOTE(Chiaroscuro @ Jun 23 2020, 11:12 AM) i'm totally just like you a 5 years back, 50kg max. i've ate more than normal ppl does, most of them didn't believe i did not gain any weight. and you're still on Dymatize mass gainer?tried weight gain milk not working. Then, i tried mass gainer by dymatize. no gym, just buy dumbell set and sit-up bench. follow the simple workout routines at home using the app in your phone to track the progress. i gain 5kg in a month, and in less than 8months i got to 65kg using the same routine. nothing too extreme really. |
