Long time ago my friend explained to me this neat stovetop griller with ceramic grid at bottom to help letting out uniform heat through IR.
I could never imagine what was it until just now, I saw one in a Japanese film. So it look like this.  Anyone know what the name is? any local online seller? I want this so badly but dunno what the term to google  .Edit: Found it after asking around. its called 焼き網 (yakiami) which literally just means griller in japanese lol.
