Not really a huge loss for me as I don't eat around there that often.

Best you register at their website and wait for one of their sales staff to give you a call to set an appt to visit their sales gallery and walk you thru its features, pricing, etc.

As an update, the carpark is closed down since last week and just this afternoon, the demolishing works on the structures standing there have dy started.

Seems like the next easy target for developers are open-air carparks.

The so called open cp land is usually owned by landlowners which are waiting for rite time to sell or develope.

Cp fee will provide some income.

Dum understand why 69 storey and not 70 or 65.

Go figure. I noticed that a number of open cps are built in a rather cheap manner with only a guardpost plonked in the middle, with some charging on a per entry or hourly basis. One can assume that those cps won't last forever and will soon be redeveloped.

Speaking of which the plot of land below the Pasar Seni MRT station have been converted into an open cp charging RM 5.00/entry. Not sure what the landowner(s) plan to do with it in the future, but it definitely won't be a park-n-ride cp facility.

Unless the 70th floor is designated as a water tank for each individual block?
