The 2 separate sales staff who attended to me were from The Park sales gallery in Bukit Jalil and were rotated on a weekly basis. Could be that the marketing head didn't brief them properly when it first launched as I only receive piecemeal info at that time. That's how I got the info that the construction period was 5 years.

Probably more recently the sales team are given accurate info which is 4.5 years. I recall that they were targeting a 2022 completion date, tho, unless it's now been revised.

Pass by the project site a few times and saw no construction equipment even during the RMCO. The developer decided to postpone the launch?

I recall seeing many piling rigs prior to the MCO but after that, nothing came out of it. Similar to what happened to SeniLand's project in Brickfields (this happened a year before, tho, but still vacant to this very day).
