Isn't Opus density less than 300 units? Not surprised at such pricing, but with that kind of surrounding, it feels really overpriced.

If GSH launches this project at around RM 1,xxx/sf, not sure if it's justifiable as Petaling Street and Pasar Seni doesn't scream high-end living to me. That place is literally filled with shops, hotels and hostels.

Duta Park Residences by Malton is also 5 years.

Other than Trion, I don't recall any other project which falls under that criteria. Most projects are still within 4 years, regardless of how tall or short they are.

I went to its sales gallery in late 2017 when it was first opened to the public, but not yet launched as Malton was waiting for their APDL to be approved.

The 2 separate sales staff who attended to me were from The Park sales gallery in Bukit Jalil and were rotated on a weekly basis. Could be that the marketing head didn't brief them properly when it first launched as I only receive piecemeal info at that time. That's how I got the info that the construction period was 5 years.

Probably more recently the sales team are given accurate info which is 4.5 years. I recall that they were targeting a 2022 completion date, tho, unless it's now been revised.
