i used the zenfone series before
powered by intel
feels somehow like cheap stuffs

but holding the zenfone 5 (ze620kl) is such a big different

after latest update , battery life maintained .. good for 5Z

auto mode ? or pro mode ??

i believe majority of us capture photo are using auto mode most of the time

well , to install gcom into our phone , is that consider break the warranty ? as we install gcam are related to our firmware adjustment on the phone system as well

well . if talk about battery life , i believe my asus max pro m1 is really much better , can tahan 2 days , while my 5z can tahan 1 day and everyday also much charge before leave the home . if not surely not enough .

this is my very first time using asus phone and i bought 2 .

one is max pro m1 and asus 5z , both of it bought during lazada sale , 2k get two phone lol

Only had it for 2 weeks... 5Z is a well balanced smartphone for its price... The only drawback is Asus smartphones are well known not to be VoLTE and VoWifi compatible...

well , i still wonder about the AI camera .

where is the AI setting ???? i didn't found any AI camera setting in my phone , it is build in and auto ? might be a stupid question , but seriously , my huawei p9 capture better camera than my 5z

AI is auto-ON constantly... No way to turn it off...

If we wanna take pix without AI, use the "Pro" mode with default ISO, exposure, white balance & etc.

AI is auto-on. I feel the megapixel count is lacking on this phone, that's why u think ur p9 is better. On 16:9 aspect ratio, it becomes 9mp on normal cam and 6mp on wide cam. Sucks when cropping or digital zoom. Otherwise, I'm happy with it.

This morning my alarm didn't ring again. Second time facing this issue. Speaker/vibration doesn't work till I restart the phone. What I recall was that last night the system UI crashed and I selected "close the app" rather than selecting "wait". Other apps also has higher tendency of crashing these days, but quick to recover.

yes in this device thr AI is auto Mode. even the flash also auto mode. most of time during taking night shot, the flash also lighted.. this is quite annoying.. in my other device such as mate 10 pro , the flash is not lighted even tho the flash is on Auto mode ..

if u dont want the flash just turn it off.
AUTO is what it is, automatic. if the AI thinks it is too dark then the flash will help.
or just sell the Zenfone and keep using Huawei hehehe
